Shipping and delivery
When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please read through and make sure all information is correct, if not please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org right away. We provide world wide shipping and all orders will be sent out by PostNord AB. You will receive shipping information by email when your delivery is on its way, it contains instructions on how to track and collect your package.
Within the Nordic countries it takes about 2-4 business days to receive your package. Within Europe, delivery time is between 3-6 business days.
Outside EU and the US
Delivery time is between 10-12 business days.
Usually all orders will arrive to the address that you provided us with. But depending on the volume of the shipment, big shipments will be delivered to your local delivery point for pick up. A notification will be sent to you when your package is ready to be picked up.
We always offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK. For orders less than 1000 SEK the delivery cost is 70 SEK.
Please note that you have to pay the freight back to us in case you want to return or exchange an item.
All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be paid in your own country.
Packages not being picked up
If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to my Monday. Please note that you still have to pay the delivery cost for the returned package and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to enter the correct mobile number or email address for notification regarding your purchase’s arrival.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you for any reason wish to return an item bought in our web shop, www.mymondaysweden.com, we want you to send us an email to email@example.com within 14 days from the date you pick up the product. The only condition is that we will receive the product in its original condition, i.e. it must not be used. Fill out the return form (can be downloaded for printing here) and enclose in the package. You can use the bag the products was sent to you in and make sure to seal thoroughly so the product won’t be damaged in the shipment.
At a regretted or replaced purchase you are paying for the return freight for the shipping back to our warehouse. If the product you´ve bought for some reason does not live up to our and your standards, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you shortly with a prepaid return form so that you can return the product to us and have your money back. Please note, possible billing fee, additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded. Your money will be refunded to the card you paid with. The transfer can take 5-7 business days depending on your banks refund procedures.
In case you want to cancel your product, please contact us on email@example.com immediately. If we haven’t sent the product to you already we will cancel the order promptly and give you a full refund. If the product already has been sent, you will have to make a return.
Pricing and availability
Every product is shown including tax (VAT) 25%. You can see the total price of your product and shipping in your shopping cart. We have made it easy for you to shop with us; we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DINERS CLUB. You can also pay by PayPal who guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected.
my Monday reserves the right to end the sale and storage of our supplies at any time, and to rectify any pricing errors that may occur. If goods are damaged or lost during transportation to a customer, my Monday will be held responsible for payment. However, it is at the same time the customer´s responsibility to communicate that to my Monday customer service within a reasonable time (1 month). If the product is damaged or lost when being returned to my Monday, the customer will be held responsible for payment.
my Monday offers the following currencies: USD and SEK. The currency is based on USD. For orders outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted in the checkout process. my Monday will only charge you for the costs stated in the checkout process, clearly stated before the final payment step. my Monday cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.
Security of purchases and payments
my Monday reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. All suspected fraud will be prosecuted and the matter will be left to our external partners to follow up on.

Your responsibilities if you break these conditions; if you break these conditions, or any liabilities are incurred as a result of your use of our website, you will be held responsible for the costs and expenses that we incur as a result of the breach including legal fees (if applicable). You will be held liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you prove it was fraudulent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
By using this website, you are accepting that these Terms and Conditions protects and covers the use of all the services on this website, as well as any relationships without a contract which may arise due to or in connection with it, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Swedish law. Swedish judiciary´s exclusive jurisdiction will settle all disputes that may arise in the event that these Terms and Conditions are alleged to not have been met.
